You must fill and submit the Visitor Visa Australia Application Form 1419 on the Australian Government’s Department of Home Affairs website. Form 1419 includes sections where you’ll need to provide personal details, information about your visit to Australia, details of any family members accompanying you, information about your previous visa applications, and other relevant information.
If you’re a first-time applicant, you will need to schedule a biometrics appointment. Make an appointment with the Visa Application Centre (VAC) to provide your biometrics (fingerprints and photograph) at the nearest TLS Office.

Receive training in work methods and procedures that are essential for the visitor’s employment abroad

This allows applicants to transit through Australia for no longer than 72 hours.
